仮想通貨取引所HitBTCで日本取引停止！？

最近ICOの上場が続いており、人気取引所となっていた

仮想通貨取引所HitBTCですが、日本での取引を停止するということが

話題になっています。

HitBTC利用者にこの様なメールが届きました↓

Dear Sir or Madam,

In accordance with the Japan Payment Services Act, HitBTC has to temporarily suspend providing virtual crypto currency exchange services to Japan residents. By accepting the Terms of Service, you have agreed not to use our Services and immediately cease using those if you are a resident or become a resident at any time of the state or region, where HitBTC is not authorized to act (see cl.2.2.(g)).

We have detected that you use or have ever used our services from an IP address registered in Japan, or any other services registered in Japan, therefore, our system identifies you as a potential Japanese resident. In order to be able to continue providing our services to you, we have to ensure that you are not a resident of Japan.

We kindly ask you to provide us the following documents:

Your ID (a clear and recognizable scan or photo copy of your passport or ID card);
A permanent residence address and the documents proving this permanent residence address in accordance with the law, or at least: (i) residence permit or official registration at the place of residence; AND (ii) a bank account statement not older than one (1) month prior to this request containing your permanent residence address.
The deadline to provide the documents is fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of this request (Deadline Date). Please use this form to upload the documents and we will proceed them at top priority. Do not provide the information via other means.

In case you are interested in opening a verified PRO account, you can do this with the help of our partner Sequant Capital Limited, an FSA-regulated UK broker company http://www.sequantcapital.com/.

If you fail to provide information about your residency by Deadline Date OR confirm that you are resident of Japan we will suspend providing services to you and you will only be able to withdraw your crypto assets from HitBTC.

Please note, that withdrawals upon deadline may be delayed and be subject to verification procedures.

By agreeing to our Terms of Service you have agreed to pass through AML/KYC procedures, which may be applied to You from time to time (see cl.12.3 (c)).

Please be informed that HitBTC strives to comply with the Japan Financial Services Agency’s requirements in order to obtain due authorizations to act on the territory of Japan. We will inform you as soon as we succeed in this. We, therefore, strongly believe that our partnership will be continued in the nearest future.

再開も疑わしい状況です。

フィッシングメールによる噂！？

このメール、情報で回ったときツイッターなのでアカウントを狙った

フィッシングメールだったという情報もながれ情報が錯誤していましたが、

どうやら真実のようです。

取引所の公式インフォメーションにも、”Service Restriction”の項目に

日本との取引を停止しましたと記載されています。

メールが完全にフィッシングではないと確定したワケではありませんので

メールのリンクは踏まないことをおすすめします。

HitBTC日本停止の対策とは

HitBTCでの取引を行っており、結局どうすればいいのでしょうか？

①海外在住の方

そもそも日本に住んでません！という方は今後も取引所を

使用できることになっていますので、ID、パスポートなどの

本人確認を完了させることで今後も問題なく取引を行っていくことができます。

日本にいる方もIPアドレスを偽装して…などいろいろ方法は

あるかと思いますがリスクが非常に高いのでやめておいた方がよいでしょう。

②保有通貨の移動

これがいま日本に在住の方で、HitBTCを利用している方に対しての

無難な対策かと思います。

マーケットキャップで通貨を検索し、「市場」というタブをおせば、

その検索した通貨を取り扱っている取引所が取引高順に表示されます。

日本からでも登録・取引ができる取引所であれば解説し、

そちらに移しておくことが無難です。

③ウォレットにうつす

取引所は信用できないという方は、自分で管理している

ウォレットに入れておくことをおすすめします。

通貨ごとに対応しているウォレットが違うのでそちらはそれぞれ調べて

管理する必要があります。

④BTCやETHに換金し引き出し

他の取引所でも扱っていない通貨の場合は、一旦通貨をBTCやETHなどに

売却すればほぼどの取引所でも移動することができます。

日本人が大量にもっていて、他の取引所では扱っていない銘柄は

１４日以内にかなりの売りが発生するかもしれませんね…

まとめ

突然の発表ですが、しっかりと対策しておけば資金を失うことはないので

冷静に対応しましょう。

ICO案件がよく上場しているので、日本の金融庁からメスがはいった可能性もありますね。

HitBTCは日本人嵌め込みICO銘柄があそこにだけ上場するから、それをみた金融庁の対応って感じじゃないですかね。

そうなれば相場もかなり影響されると思いますが、
